As a marine biologist I developed confidence in the shared strength of all living things – resilience and the innate ability to survive and thrive. I believe that every person has the capacity to become the best version of themselves. I’m inspired by the courage to take responsibility for one’s mental health – from day-to-day difficulties to deeper, overwhelming experiences. I have a particular interest in helping women who have experienced trauma.
