I believe that every person has the innate capacity to become the best version of themselves. I’m inspired by courage – especially the courage to take responsibility for one’s mental health – from day-to-day difficulties to deeper, overwhelming experiences. I have a particular interest in helping people who have experienced trauma. I am warm and supportive, while also engaged with the science behind how we will support your body, emotions and mind move towards change and well-being.
