About…

Do you look at your life and wonder…how did I get here? You are unsatisfied with where you find yourself. You may feel unfulfilled, lost, and even hopeless. What if you were dealt a better hand of cards, or had played your cards differently? When difficult emotions such as anxiety take hold, life can feel overwhelming. Perhaps you’ve made some progress, but you still aren’t where you’d like to be. Maybe you’ve even tried therapy before, but something is still holding you back from deeply connecting to yourself and others and taking control of your life. You can’t shake the feeling of emptiness, that there’s a missing piece.

I specialize in helping clients with relationship issues, anxiety, and self-esteem. These problems are often all-consuming: their effects trickle into multiple areas of our lives. I use evidence-based methods such as emotion-focused therapy and narrative therapy to help you heal the root of your problems and create lasting shifts in how you think and feel.

I view my role as being two-fold: helping you cope in your day-to-day life through new tools and strategies, and exploring the origins of your mental health struggles with the goal of healing the root of the problem to create lasting change. Visit my website or send me an email to book your free consultation and take the courageous next step in your journey.
