About…

I welcome you to work with me if you are in transition and questioning how to move forward or feeling stuck. I know about the fear of change and the risk of growth. My therapy practice is based in Gestalt Psychotherapy which is embodied, experiential and relational.  In session together we will explore your felt sense of the issue you’ve brought to discuss. We may experiment and play with topics through art, movement,  or role-play. These experiments are co-created and within the limits of what feels possible for you.

My specific areas of experience and curiosity are around transitions, grief and loss and new beginnings, celebrating and supporting difference and  exploring all the facets that make you “you”. I have life experience parenting neurodivergent kids and exploring gender and sexuality as it emerged for them and the impact on me as a parent. I also bring my research in mindfulness and my experience as an artist to my work.

Please connect with me if you would like support during challenging times in your life, someone to be with you when it feels heavy and dark and when you are ready to invite a little playfulness, to explore even the dark spaces in your life. I would be honoured to be with you in this experience.
