About…

Are you ready to explore new ways of perceiving yourself and experiencing your world by building on your existing strengths and resources? My approach combines mindfulness and person centred psychotherapy to help individuals transform their perspective and achieve balance and equanimity in their lives.

I have extensive experience working with marginalized individuals and communities including 2SLGBTQIA+, indigenous, neurodiverse, racialized, and people with disabilities. I know that learning and growing together can be uncomfortable and requires both safety and accountability on my part to allow space for that discomfort.

I serve youth, adults and seniors using a trauma-informed, strengths-based, solution focused, anti-oppressive and intersectional lens. As a teacher, writer and queer activist with over 25 years of meditation experience I bring knowledge, compassion and a childlike curiosity to this journey of discovery.
