My style of counselling specializes in wellness and holistic approaches in my practice including talk therapy, positive psychology, emotion focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. It is important for my clients to understand that this process requires hard work, commitment, and perseverance in order to get the most out of any therapeutic experience.
I am a Registered Professional Counsellor in good standing with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association and Certified Life Coach with 145 approved coaching hours with the International Coaching Federation. I’ve also completed my BA from Simon Fraser University with a major in Psychology and a Minor in Counselling & Human Development. I have been coaching and counselling for over 9 years and I am passionate about what I do. With my extensive education, I believe in incorporating evidence-based practices in my sessions to best assist my clients and to ensure they receive the best help for their situation.
