My clinical work is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach. I focus on creating a space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported as you explore the changes you want to make. I’m especially interested in how experiences like neurodiversity, illness, or receiving a diagnosis shape the way people see themselves. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening inside with clarity and compassion.
I work with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship issues, grief, chronic illness, major life transitions, and questions around identity. I have a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those exploring ADHD, masking, executive-function challenges, or long-standing patterns that haven’t made sense. I also support individuals and families affected by illness or caregiving roles, helping them strengthen communication, regulation, and connection.
In our work together, I draw from practical approaches that focus on strengths, small steps, and what feels achievable in daily life. I tailor each session to match your needs and pace, while keeping the space warm, steady, and grounded. My aim is to help you feel understood and to build tools that support real, sustainable change in your life.
