Everyone needs H.O.P.E — Holistic Opportunities Purposely Envisioned for Healing.
Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying everything for everyone else. Anxiety, perfectionism, cultural or identity pressures, or the quiet exhaustion from always “pushing through” can leave little space for you. You may not have the words yet—just a sense that something isn’t working and needs to shift. You want clarity, steadiness, and a place to be honest about how you’re feeling. You’re looking for support that sees the whole you: your story, your strengths, and the parts that feel stuck.
I support individuals navigating:
- Anxiety & Stress
- Weight-loss & Holistic Wellness
- Identity & Self-Esteem
- Cultural & Racialized Experiences
- Emotional Regulation
- Life Transitions
- Burnout & Overwhelm
- Youth Guidance
- Trauma & Grief
- Mind–Body Disconnection
You don’t have to become someone else to experience real change.
My Approach:
As a Pre-Licensed Professional and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I take a compassionate, curious approach. I help you slow down and uncover what’s getting in the way of feeling grounded and connected—to yourself and to the people who matter most. Together, we make space to understand your story, build awareness, and strengthen the parts of you that already know how to heal. From there, you can move forward with more self-assurance, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection.
I integrate mind–body awareness, reflective exploration, and evidence-informed practices, drawing from:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Compassion-Focused Therapy
- Narrative Therapy
- Person-Centred Therapy
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT),
- Somatic Approaches
- Strengths-Based Approaches
- Trauma-Focused Therapy.
These approaches help build awareness, restore hope, and shift patterns through a mind–body-soul lens.

About Me
Before entering psychotherapy, I spent several years in holistic wellness, witnessing how deeply the body carries stress, stories, and protective patterns. This shaped my understanding of healing: mind, body, and lived experience are always connected. I’m a real person first—imperfect, growing, and learning just like everyone else. Therapy with me isn’t about becoming flawless; it’s about becoming more grounded, connected, and empowered in your everyday life.
Let’s Connect
I offer a free 30-minute consultation so you can get a feel for the process and see if we’re the right fit. This is your space to reconnect—with yourself, your values, and the life you want to build.
