Sometimes you know something isn’t working, but you can’t quite figure out what needs to change. Maybe you’re anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, struggling with ADHD, or noticing the same patterns showing up again and again. You might be navigating changes in your identity, relationships, pregnancy, postpartum, or parenthood, or trying to figure out who you are in a new season of life. Therapy can be a place to make sense of what’s happening, understand yourself more deeply, and find a way forward that actually feels like you. We’ll start with a free consult call.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, ADHD, stress and burnout, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and major life transitions. I also have a particular interest in supporting women and parents through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. While completing my Master of Counselling Psychology, I offer a warm, affirming, and non-judgmental space where you can show up without needing to have everything figured out.
My approach is collaborative, curious, and practical. My work is informed by trauma-informed and mindfulness-based approaches, with developing interests in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we can explore patterns, better understand your thoughts and emotions, build coping and emotional regulation skills, and find strategies that actually fit your life.
