I have experience supporting individuals with grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, postpartum depression, life transitions and more.
I want to know you and help you reach your therapeutic goals. I use cognitive-behavioural (CBT), solution-focused, strength-based, and emotional-focused or reality therapy. I am a trauma-informed counsellor, culturally sensitive, and grounded in building trust and autonomy while using humour. I am also a registered social worker.
