I believe therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and make more sense of what is happening in your life.
I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about relationships. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what what you are bringing or what you want to change. We can begin with what is happening for you right now.
My approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, which means I pay attention not only to the story you bring, but also to what you notice, feel, and experience in the present moment. Together, we may explore patterns in relationships, emotions, thoughts, and the ways you have learned to cope with difficult experiences. Therapy is about developing greater awareness, understanding yourself more fully, and discovering choices that may not have felt available before.
I aim to create a genuine, collaborative, and transparent relationship where there is room for joy, suffering, curiosity, and connection.
