Hello! My name is Indra (she/her)! I specialize in supporting individuals through trauma recovery, OCD, and life transitions, especially pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and fertility. I believe counselling is a relational process where we come together to create a space for emotions to be felt and processed, allowing new patterns to emerge. I aim to help you increase your capacity, reconnect with yourself and your communities, and find comfort, curiosity, and even fun in an uncertain world. Clients describe me as compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive. My practice is inclusive, anti-oppressive, and queer and trans friendly.
I take a client-centred, trauma-informed approach, with a strong emphasis on the nervous system and attachment. I feel so honoured as a therapist to be able to learn about you, be invited into your most vulnerable moments, celebrate your wins along side with you, and provide gentle guidance when needed.
