Hello! My name is Indra (she/her), and I am a student therapist with a deep passion for supporting individuals through life’s transitions. These moments can be incredibly challenging, but with the right support, they can lead to tremendous growth.
I specialize in reproductive health, pregnancy, and postpartum. With my background as a sexual health educator and doula, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with family planning, conception, pregnancy decisions, birth, postpartum, and parenting.
I have intermediate training in somatic experiencing, which I love to weave into my practice to help clients reconnect with their bodies and learn to be more present and engaged fully in life. Additionally, I have specialized training in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory and feminist principles, with a focus on creating a compassionate and non-judgmental space where every client feels truly seen and valued. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck and in need of a change, I’m here to help.
My practice is inclusive, anti-oppressive, and queer and trans friendly. I believe therapy should be a warm and inviting experience — and yes, a place where we can share a laugh when it feels right.
