You might be used to holding everything together—managing anxiety, navigating overthinking, or living with a constant sense of unease. You may also be carrying the weight of trauma, cultural expectations, or the feeling of not being fully seen or understood.
I understand how exhausting and isolating that can feel. You don’t have to go through it alone.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and affirming therapy space where you can slow down, explore your inner world, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels safe and meaningful.
Who I Work With
I support individuals who are seeking healing, self-understanding, and a stronger sense of identity and belonging, including:
Women
BIPOC individuals
LGBTQIA+ clients
Trauma survivors
Individuals navigating cultural identity, life transitions, or feeling “in-between”
My Approach
My work is trauma-informed, integrative, and grounded in both mind and body-based healing.
As an MA in Counselling Psychology (MACP) student under clinical supervision, I draw from:
* Psychodynamic therapy (understanding patterns and past experiences)
* Somatic approaches (nervous system regulation, body awareness)
* Mindfulness-based practices (present-moment awareness, self-compassion)
With over 20 years of experience in wellness, mindful movement, and meditation, I support clients in connecting both cognitively and somatically to their healing process.
