About…

Reaching out for support is courageous, and I honour that strength with a compassionate, connection-focused and warm approach to therapy, with respect for what makes people individual and unique, and the life experiences you bring into the room. My goal is to listen and explore non-judgmentally and collaboratively alongside my clients to foster their innate resilience and move towards the present moment and long-lasting growth. I strive to balance a lighthearted and inclusive environment with an insightful one, letting us appreciate moments of joy while sitting with moments of hardship and profound awareness.

While Emotion-Focused, Narrative, and Mindfulness theories guide my clinical work, I believe in listening to what my clients need to make sense of their life challenges and adapting interventions to meet them in their own reality and expertise. With 10+ years of hospitality and childcare experience, connecting with others has been my passion that has developed into a desire to support others with pressures of burnout and overwhelm, anxiety and depression, life transitions, relationship conflicts and encouraging self-compassion and self-awareness.

As a student psychotherapist, I practice with weekly supervision from a licensed and seasoned psychotherapist to ensure ethical, confidential and high-quality care for my clients. I look forward to the opportunity of joining you on your journey towards balance and wellness.
