Hi, I’m Isabelle (she/her), and I’m so glad you’ve landed here.
I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through genuine connection. I’m just a person, too, and I strive to show up with warmth, authenticity, and curiosity. My hope is that our time together feels like being deeply seen by someone who is committed to understanding your experience.
Before becoming a therapist I spent many years working in corporate environments, consulting, and eventually building my own business. That experience gave me an understanding of the pressures of work, leadership, change, and trying to build a life while navigating everything that comes with it. I realized that we shouldn’t have to make sense of it all alone.
I offer an affirming, anti-oppressive practice that honours the complexity of each person’s lived experience. This means openly acknowledging the impacts of racism, colonization, heteronormativity, cisnormativity, ableism, and other forms of systemic oppression.
I welcome and affirm:
- 2SLGBTQIA+ communities
- Women, men, trans, and non-binary people
- Polyamorous relationships
- Kink communities
- Sex workers
I am a student therapist and practice under supervision.
