Do you feel like you are holding everything together on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or frustrated? Maybe you are struggling with anger, stress, or decisions that do not feel like you. You might feel stuck, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward, but you do not have to figure it out on your own.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I work with youth and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, anger, ADHD, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions. As someone born and raised in Canada to immigrant parents, I understand the challenges of navigating identity, culture, and expectations, and I aim to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.
I draw from evidence-based approaches, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Trauma-informed approach
These approaches help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while building practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and make more intentional decisions. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more in control, confident, and aligned with the person you want to be.
I support clients with:
- Anxiety and stress (feeling overwhelmed, constant worry)
- Anger and emotional regulation (reactivity, frustration)
- ADHD and decision-making challenges
- Self-esteem and identity concerns
- Life transitions and feeling stuck
- Emotional burnout and chronic stress
