About…

Ivy Pan is a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who believes in every individual’s inherent potential to achieve joy and peace in their lives. With genuine care and dedication, she works closely with her clients to help them reach their goals.

As an immigrant herself, Ivy brings a deep cultural awareness to her practice. Over the past decade, Ivy has gained extensive experience as a helping professional, including as a teacher, social worker, crisis line responder, and student services manager. Ivy has supported teens, adults and older adults from diverse backgrounds, including (but not limited to) international students, immigrants, and individuals from equity-deserving communities, to find their goals, hope, purpose, and meaning in life. Through these experiences, Ivy has developed a deep understanding of each client’s unique challenges and struggles and established solid connections with her clients.

Ivy utilizes tailored tools and strategies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, racial identity, addiction, loss and grief, codependency, separation and divorce, women’s issues, self-relationship, and interpersonal conflicts. Her approach is deeply rooted in empathy and collaboration, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions and hopes.

Ivy is committed to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of psychotherapy. She is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those she works with and looks forward to guiding them on their journey toward greater well-being and fulfillment.

Ivy understands that taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting. To make this process as accessible as possible, she offer a free 15 minute phone or video consultation to all potential new clients. Book a time to chat directly into her schedule – and get started on your journey to a healthier, happier, more peaceful life.
