Accepting new clients – Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying emotions, expectations, or experiences that others may not fully understand. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, difficulties with emotional regulation, mood concerns, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My approach is person-centred and collaborative, recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful change.
I am particularly passionate about supporting youth, young adults, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, women’s mental health, and mood-related concerns. I strive to create a supportive and compassionate space where you can better understand yourself, work through challenges, and move toward the changes that matter to you.
I offer counselling in both English, Taiwanese, and Mandarin and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I value culturally responsive care and recognize the important role that identity, culture, family, and lived experiences can play in our mental health and well-being.
