I am a fourth-year student in the Honours Bachelor of Counselling Psychology program, currently completing my internship at Mainstream Therapy. My academic journey has been focused on evidence-based practices and client-centred techniques, enabling me to tailor support to each individual’s unique needs.

I specialize in helping adults and adolescents who are in the process of “starting over”—whether that means navigating significant life changes, rebuilding after setbacks, or redefining personal goals. In my work, I integrate cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused strategies within a client-centred framework to foster resilience and promote meaningful, sustainable growth.

A guiding principle I live by is “Progress over perfection.” I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment that allows clients to develop self-awareness, harness their strengths, and confidently embrace the next chapter of their lives.
