Life can feel exhausting.
Do you feel like you’ve lost sight of who you are while trying to meet everyone else’s expectations? It is easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or constantly second-guessing your own needs. I believe you shouldn’t have to abandon parts of yourself just to belong. I help you reconnect with your authentic voice and build more balanced, fulfilling relationships.
I support adults navigating:
- Perfectionism and people-pleasing
- Anxiety, stress, and overthinking
- Caregiving burnout and compassion fatigue
- Self-esteem and identity exploration
- Life transitions and relationship challenges
- Intergenerational and cultural dynamics
I believe many people don’t always recognize how much strength and resilience they already carry. It often gets buried under stress, self-doubt, and the habit of putting themselves last. My role is to help you reconnect with those parts of yourself so that you can feel more grounded and aligned.
My Approach & Perspective
My goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered to move toward the change you’re looking for. I offer a warm, grounding, and collaborative approach, creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.
My background in child and youth work taught me that meaningful change begins with a foundation of trust and safety. I have witnessed how even small shifts in perspective can bring relief from long-held anxiety, helping you feel more balanced and resilient in your daily life.
As a Hispanic therapist and child of immigrants raised in Canada, I bring a culturally aware lens to our work. I understand the push and pull of balancing family expectations, cultural identity, and a sense of belonging. Our work can be a space to step back from the noise and connect with what feels true to you.
How We Will Work Together
My practice is rooted in Person-Centered therapy, meaning I prioritize your lived experience and pace. I draw from approaches like:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Mindfulness-based practices
The focus of our work is on helping you feel more emotionally steady and connected to yourself so you can respond to life with more clarity and intention.
You don’t have to figure this out on your own.
Feel free to book a free 30-minute consultation to see if my approach feels like the right fit for your journey.
I currently offer virtual therapy sessions (Online) for adults across Ontario, including Toronto and the GTA.
