About…

When you’re looking for a therapist, finding the right fit is hugely important.

As a baseline, I offer neurodiverse-affirming care to those who have ADHD and maybe also autism (AuDHD), twice-exceptionality (2E) or complex trauma (CPTSD). Whether it was identified in childhood, you were late diagnosed, or you’re self-diagnosed, you deserve a therapist who understands an approach that is compassionate, validating, collaborative, experiential, flexible, non-pathologizing, and supports clear communication, sensory needs, and embodied awareness. These considerations make a real difference! I also aim to bring warmth, relatability, mindfulness and well-timed humour to our sessions.

You might additionally/alternatively be seeking professional support in the context of your LGBTQ+ identity, and as a queer therapist and gender anarchist (I used they/her pronouns), I welcome that, too!

I’m here to explore your relationships (dating, partnership, ethical nonmonogamy/polyamory, separation/divorce, family of origin, etc), gender, sexuality, pregnancy, parenting, and life transitions. I can support you in being engaged in your life authentically and in managing boundaries with greater ease. I endeavour to be humble and possibility-seeking, with a trauma-informed, decolonized, intersectional and otherwise anti-oppressive stance. I value individual identity and collectivism/community, and support diverse genders, harm-reduction and various recovery pathways.
