About…

I work with individuals, couples, and men experiencing the effects of relationship difficulties, childhood trauma or abuse, and challenges with identity, intimacy, and emotional connection. Many of my clients struggle with chronic anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional numbness, shame, anger, low self-worth, difficulty trusting others, or feeling disconnected from themselves and the people they love. Others find themselves repeating the same relationship patterns, withdrawing during conflict, struggling to communicate, or feeling stuck despite wanting things to change.

I also have a particular interest in men’s mental health, including difficulties expressing or experiencing emotions, navigating relationships, balancing expectations, exploring identity and masculinity, and understanding patterns that contribute to loneliness, anger, or emotional disconnection.

My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and tailored to each person. I integrate psychodynamic psychotherapy with attachment-based, emotion-focused, cognitive, and somatic therapies to help clients understand the underlying patterns driving their distress and create meaningful, lasting change.
