Hi, I’m Jamie, and I’m here to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others. Just by being here and reading this, you are taking a significant step for yourself. It takes a lot of courage to seek help, and I’d be honoured to support you on your journey. While I can’t promise to eliminate all of your challenges, I can promise that you won’t have to face them alone. I am devoted to helping you understand what’s making you feel stuck and equipping you with strategies that can help you work towards your goals.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I am passionate about supporting the mental and emotional well-being of children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in working with people who struggle with emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and much more. I also specialize in supporting people through various social challenges and life transitions surrounding relationships, school, work, and family stressors. In addition to currently finishing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, I am also an Ontario-certified teacher with a Master’s degree in Child Study & Education from the University of Toronto/OISE. With over a decade of experience leading psychoeducational programs, I taught individuals of all ages skills to help them manage conflict, improve their relationships, and cope through distressing times.

My approach is holistic, strength-based, and always tailored to meet my clients’ unique qualities and needs. I integrate various therapeutic techniques from different schools of thought (see modalities below). My commitment is to find the unique mixture of strategies that align best with your interests and strengths.
