I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Work. As a practicum student therapist, I am eager and passionate about helping others and providing support and guidance to those who need it. I have experience helping adults, adolescents, and children with anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create an environment open to learning, communication and growth, while also establishing a positive space that allows everyone to feel safe. I am passionate about helping support and maintain my clients’ overall well-being.
People describe me as a personable, empathetic and outgoing individual. I strive to make my psychotherapy sessions a place where you can feel safe and heard. My goal is to help you develop coping mechanisms that you can use to manage your anxieties, stresses, and challenges both in and outside of our sessions. I hope to create positive and comfortable client relationships where we can be open and collaborative to ensure success, however, that may look for you.
