Do you feel overwhelmed with how much you have been through? Does it feel like life keeps throwing you curve balls? Are you feeling like “This isn’t fair! What did I do to deserve this?!” You are doing your utmost best to keep it together in a hectic world with work stress, complex relationships, and unhealed wounds. Working together, we can understand the source of your emotional pain, increase your self-awareness and understanding and help you learn to self-validate. I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
My belief is that you have the tools and wisdom you need to heal, already within you; my role as a therapist is to help you access it. My approach centres around helping you return to a place of self-compassion and self-validation to decrease insecurities and feel more deeply connected to the important people in your circle.
Making changes or getting through transitions can often be tough; with an open mind, I can meet you in this place. I provide therapy in an empathetic, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental atmosphere to support you through anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, shame, relationship issues and eating disorders.
