I’ve been working with people for over 40 years through yoga, movement therapy and energy modalities. Since becoming a psychotherapist in 2011, I’ve studied and certified in Somatic based Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Clinical Hypnotherapy & Embodied Experiential Dreamwork.  I also utilize Focusing (Eugene Gendlin), Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), breath and meditation.
