I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental, and affirming space for clients to feel comfortable and safe. I approach counselling through an intersectional, progressive, and anti-oppressive lens to understand how people are impacted by societal structures throughout their lives. I have experience working with diverse individuals, including youth, LGBTQIA2S+ communities, survivors of violence and those with ADHD, autism, chronic pain, and disabilities/chronic illnesses. I work collaboratively with clients to support them while they are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, deconstruction, and trauma. I work with adults, youth, children over 6 years, groups, couples, and families. Having experienced therapy, I wholeheartedly appreciate the courage and vulnerability it takes to engage in counselling. Using a Client-Centered approach, I aim to empower individuals in their healing process to help foster self-compassion, recognize strengths, and improve emotional regulation and communication skills.
