Living in today’s world as a “big feeler”, 2SLGBTQ+ person, ally, non-monogamous person, someone who uses substances, or someone who struggles with relationships, can feel exhausting and overwhelming. It can also feel hard to know who the safe supports are (the ones who won’t judge your experience or push you to embrace normative frameworks). You might be seeking support with trauma, self-doubt, anger, inner criticism, caretaking, emotional dysregulation, harm reduction, identity issues, or feeling othered. My aim is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood in whatever struggles you face, and to help you get to know the different parts of yourself in a compassionate way. I facilitate this by drawing primarily from IFS, Attachment-based, and Mindfulness-based therapies. My approach is rooted in the healing power of acceptance and curiosity.
