I work with people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves. You might notice patterns that are hard to understand, feel weighed down by anxiety or low energy, or have a sense that something deeper is going on.
I offer a grounded, relational space where we slow things down and gently explore what is present for you. Together, we work with emotional patterns and deepen self-awareness, supporting you to meet your experience with greater clarity, compassion, and space for all parts of you to be acknowledged and held.
In our work, we look at what is emerging in the present and how it may be shaped by past experiences, internal patterns, and beliefs. I draw from psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to support deeper emotional processing and integration.
