Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Jasmine and I work with folks in their 20-40’s navigating anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, trauma and C-PTSD. We all have moments of anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, feeling like our relationships are falling apart, feeling like we are disconnected from ourselves and others around us, when this becomes too much, too hard to carry and navigate on our own, we need help, that’s what I’m here for. Often we view therapy as needed for big events, that we don’t need it unless something major has happened. I’m here for those big moments, but I am also here for the small everyday life stressors. Working with an integrative approach to therapy we will get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
Giving you a space to feel heard, validated, and comfortable as you share your story is the first step in our work together. We’ll then combine different therapeutic approaches that will support you such as, Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy, to help us understand the roots of your struggles and build lasting change. I am not a “blank slate” therapist, I also come with my own experiences and love to create a space for folks that feels real and authentic. Therapy can be messy, emotional, and hard. This is the work that leads to healing.
