Do you ever feel like life’s moving too fast for you to catch up?
Like you’re always doing, fixing, performing — yet you can’t remember the last time you actually felt rested? Maybe slowing down feels impossible. You tell yourself to “just keep going,” but the more you push, the more disconnected you feel from yourself.

I specialize in helping people rediscover rest and presence in a world that rarely slows down. Together, we’ll practice slowing down safely — creating room for stillness, reflection, and gentle change.

My clients often come to me during times of burnout, identity shifts, anxiety, or neurodivergent overwhelm, when life feels too loud and too fast to process alone.

In our work, we’ll focus on:

  • Rebuilding emotional balance and inner steadiness
  • Strengthening self-compassion and your sense of self
  • Finding calm in your nervous system, not just your schedule
  • Discovering rest without guilt or pressure

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and self-compassion–based approaches to support deep, lasting change.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA Counselling Psychology student under supervision, I offer low-cost and sliding scale therapy to make long-term care accessible.
Sessions are online and virtual, available across Toronto and Ontario.

Therapy with me isn’t about rushing to fix yourself — it’s about slowing down enough to hear yourself again.
