About…

If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed while navigating the weight of relationships or major life changes, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we can explore what’s happening, what might help, and how to move forward, within a space that feels supportive and collaborative. Some of the issues I can support with are:

  • Trauma
  • Anxiety
  • Self-esteem
  • Grief
  • Coping Skills
  • Family Conflict
  • Complex Relationships
  • Depression
  • Postpartum
  • Parenting

My approach is shaped by each person’s unique context. I integrate somatic therapy, parts work, coherence therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care that honors your mind, body, and story.

As a second-generation South Asian Canadian, I bring lived and professional insight into how culture, identity, and systemic barriers shape our stories. With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, I understand the unique pressures that many individuals face and strive to create a compassionate, grounded space.

As a pre-licensed professional and Expressive Arts Therapist in training under clinical supervision, I aim to foster safety and connection. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health, and I am currently completing a 3-year training in Somatic Experiencing. I offer a free 30-minute virtual consultation and affordable/low-cost and sliding scale therapy options to explore whether working together feels like the right fit. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out by email at tkpsychotherapy+jasmines@proton.me or by phone at (647) 559-4852.
