Hello, my name is Jen. Thank you for taking this step toward caring for yourself.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering affordable therapy for individuals who may be navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, workplace stress, parenting, relationships, cultural identity exploration, or self-esteem challenges. I also support youth and adolescents as they move through times of growth and change.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and client-centred. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including person-centred, mindfulness-based, and somatic-informed practices, always tailoring our work to your unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths and goals to help you feel more connected, supported, and empowered.
Before entering the counselling field, I spent over a decade in the corporate world balancing ambition, caregiving, and identity. This experience deepened my understanding of the stress and transitions many people face. As a second-generation Chinese Canadian and a mother, I also bring a lived perspective on cultural identity, family, and caregiving roles.
I offer virtual sessions across Ontario and in-person sessions in Vaughan and Markham. To make getting started easier, I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can connect, answer questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
