(She/Her) Life challenges can feel incredibly overwhelming and may leave you feeling anxious, isolated, stuck, or disconnected from yourself or your loved ones. When our minds become overwhelmed with negative thoughts and painful emotions, it can feel difficult to get through the day or remain present for what is most important to us. I recognize that this is all part of our human experience. Utilizing the models of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I support youth (10+) and adults who are experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-worth and esteem, body image, school, relationship difficulties, burnout, life balance, and perfectionism. I use a collaborative and client-centered approach that encourages you to explore your inner world and lean into the difficult, painful experiences and emotions that we typically avoid. Through a safe and supportive space, my goal is to help you make space for your difficult thoughts and emotions, without feeling overpowered by them.
