Do you spend so much time taking care of your work, your team, or the people around you that you’ve forgotten to take care of yourself?
Therapy can offer a place where you don’t have to hold everything together. I support adults navigating:
• Anxiety and overthinking
• Workplace stress and burnout
• Relationship challenges
• Self-esteem and body image
• Life and career transitions
I offer virtual therapy to adults throughout Ontario, with daytime and limited evening appointments available. I also offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
About Me
With more than 15 years in leadership development and organizational consulting, I understand the pressures that can come with demanding workplaces, competing responsibilities, and being someone others rely on. In therapy, I bring that understanding into a space where the focus can be on you, what you’re experiencing, and what you need.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I strive to create a warm, trauma-informed space where you feel heard, supported, and able to show up exactly as you are.
Who I Work With
I work with adults, particularly young and emerging professionals and professional women who are used to carrying a lot for the people around them and may be looking for a space of their own.
I also welcome people living with disabilities and understand that disability can intersect with identity, relationships, work, accessibility, self-advocacy, and how we experience our bodies. These parts of your life don’t have to be separate from what we talk about in therapy.
My Approach
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula, I draw from evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help us understand what you’re experiencing, recognize patterns and strengths, explore the relationships and experiences that have shaped you, and find practical strategies that feel useful and meaningful to you.
My approach includes:
• Person-Centred Therapy
• Strengths-Based Therapy
• Relational and Psychodynamic Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Emotion-Focused Therapy
• Solution-Focused Therapy
• Mindfulness
What You Can Expect
You don’t need to arrive with the right words, a clear goal, or a plan for what needs to change. We can start with where you are.
Sometimes therapy is about making changes. Sometimes it’s about understanding yourself differently. And sometimes it’s simply having a place where you don’t have to hold everything together. There’s room for the hard conversations, the uncertainty, and, when the moment is right, probably some laughter too.
