About…

Formal Education + Life Experience = I Get It

Offering both Couples and Individual Therapy.

Gain insight into patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back, develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, process past experiences, build self-confidence.  I am educated and trained in the core approaches to psychotherapy, which allows me to draw from a variety of methods to best support each individual client.  Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor my techniques to meet the unique needs and preferences of each person I work with.  My approach integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including: psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, acceptance and commitment, and existential.

I am also trained in Gottman Couples Therapy.

The Gottman Method is a research-backed approach to couples therapy that strengthens relationships through practical, evidence-based strategies. It helps partners improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict constructively. By fostering trust, intimacy, and mutual understanding, this approach empowers couples to build lasting, healthy relationships.

I have completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
