(She/Her)

Recognizing that you are not happy about something in your life and taking the first step towards making a change is something which takes courage. It is my hope that I may be able to assist you in making the changes that you want to see in yourself so you can become your “Better Me.”

I offer both structured and supportive therapy based on your unique needs. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you learn to recognize, understand, and eventually change your unhelpful thinking patterns. Motivational Interviewing allows us both to have a clear understanding of your values and goals and helps us develop a therapy plan that is tailored towards helping you attain personal wellness.

I additionally offer career counselling services for those who are unsure of their career interests, or for those who are experiencing workplace related stress. I am certified to administer and interpret the Strong Interest Inventory which offers a personalized career report ($20 for Strong report in addition to regular session fees).

I would consider my personal approach as one that is strength-based, positive, and hopeful. I have great faith in the clients with whom I get to work with and believe that every person is capable of achieving personal greatness. Please reach out to me to schedule a free phone consultation today.
