My approach to therapy focuses on you as a whole person, with kindness and understanding at the core of our work together. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, emotional regulation, burnout, stress, or major life changes, my goal is to empower you to grow and heal in ways that resonate with you. I draw on a range of approaches to tailor the therapy to your needs, including CBT, IFS, attachment theory, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy.
I offer individual counselling for people aged 6 and up, as well as couples counselling (including premarital therapy) and family therapy. As a settler living and working in Treaty 1 territory, I’m committed to being an ally in the journey toward truth and reconciliation, and my practice is proudly LGBTQIA+ allied.
