What’s your story? We all have one, but sometimes we don’t have a safe space to process and share it. Through respectful and honest conversations, I want to establish mutual trust, hear your story, understand your experience, and help you explore what next steps may be right for you.
Whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, decision-making, relational issues, or other personal struggles, I believe that positive change is best accomplished with support from others. Using an integrative, individualized approach, we’ll work together to discover ways you can move towards confidence, healing, peace, and purpose.
A bit about me – I am completing my MA in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I also have a BA in Family and Social Relations and a BEd in Primary/Junior instruction. I have been certified with the Ontario College of Teachers since 2006.
I have travelled extensively, lived and worked abroad for several years, and appreciate cultural diversity and learning from others’ experiences. I am actively involved as a volunteer in my community and am particularly passionate about the fight against modern-day slavery. I enjoy quality time with my family, being outdoors, browsing in bookstores, and a good cup of coffee!
