It can be intimidating and overwhelming when looking to start therapy, and my goal is to make sure that you feel comfortable and heard. I believe it is important to create a bond of trust in order to understand and meet your needs as an individual. I am an empathic listener and a creative thinker when it comes to tailoring my approach to your needs. I am committed to meeting you where you are in your journey and seeing the best in you, while supporting and challenging you in fostering personal growth and in becoming your best self.
I believe therapy is a powerful experience that helps us access deeply held emotions and experiences that we might not process otherwise. I aim to create a non-judgemental space where you can feel safe exploring these areas in order to bring you closer to your most authentic self.
I am currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and have volunteered as a crisis responder with Kids Help Phone. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and am a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
