I am a straightforward, genuine person, and I bring that into my work. Alongside my counselling education and experience, I bring something else to the table: life experience. I have lived through the many roles and transitions that can shape us as women—raising a family, navigating careers, changing relationships, family dynamics, ageing parents, and the many unexpected turns life can take. I do not have all the answers, but I understand that life can be complicated.
I am especially passionate about working with women who have spent years taking care of everyone else and, somewhere along the way, have lost their sense of self. Maybe you are going through a separation, struggling in a relationship, navigating a major life change, or simply realizing that the life you are living no longer feels like your own.
I believe understanding ourselves can be an important part of creating change, but counselling should not just be about looking backward. It should also be about creating a future that feels more like your own. You can expect me to be real with you. There may be difficult conversations, moments of insight, and probably a few laughs along the way.
