I utilize a holistic, integrative, and client-centred approach based on each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals, while drawing on various evidence-based approaches to provide effective therapeutic treatments while collaboratively working with clients. I integrate various practices, techniques and tools to build a treatment plan that supports clients’ therapeutic goals and explores the root cause of issues to help individuals and couple’s live a more authentic life.
