I have specialized training in working with anxiety, stress, emotional triggers, and the effects of trauma and grief. I also provide general psychotherapy and I’m happy to help you work through whatever challenges bring you here today. I use a range of different therapeutic models, and work collaboratively with each client to find a blend of techniques that suit who they are and what their needs are right now. My goal is to help my clients get some immediate relief from what’s troubling them, and to build longer-term skills and strategies for greater resilience, authenticity, and connection in their lives.
My style is organic, compassionate and warm. I use both traditional talk therapy as well as neuroscience-informed techniques like mindfulness, EFT Tapping, and somatic approaches. These tools work to calm the nervous system directly, while our conversations explore why you are where you are, what’s important to you, and ways to live a fuller, freer life.
