Jensen is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. With a strong foundation in psychology and extensive experience in the non-profit mental health sector, she is passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds on their path to healing and personal growth. Specializing in life transitions, stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges, Jensen takes a trauma-informed, client-centered, and attachment-based approach. She incorporates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, to empower clients in navigating their unique journeys.
Understanding that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, Jensen prioritizes creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment. She works alongside her clients at a pace that feels right for them, ensuring that every step forward is met with compassion, care, and understanding.
