I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I support individuals and couples who are looking for a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, obsessive-compulsive patterns (OCD), attention and focus challenges (including ADHD-related concerns), low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful cycles of overthinking, emotional intensity, or conflict in relationships, and unsure of how to move forward. Therapy can offer space to slow things down, gain clarity, and begin creating meaningful change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment-based, trauma-informed care. I pay close attention to how past experiences and relationships can shape current patterns, while also focusing on what is happening in the present. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, without judgment.
I integrate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support clients in building practical skills for emotional regulation, managing difficult thoughts, improving communication, and navigating day-to-day stressors more effectively.
I believe you don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself.
I offer therapy for individuals (youth 12+, adults, and seniors) and couples, with in-person and virtual sessions available. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we are a good fit.
