About…

Immediate virtual and in-person availability, evening and weekend appointments available. Pro Bono spots open for those in need. Through my experience in high-level athletics, business management, and parenting, I bring a unique perspective to therapy. My journey managing my learning disability also gives me unique insights into resilience and the strengths and needs of neurodivergent people. I am capable of supporting a wide range of clients. Especially those facing challenges with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, stress, workload, and time management. My goal is to create a supportive space where people feel understood and motivated towards positive change. Whether it’s about overcoming obstacles, finding clarity, or pursuing specific goals, I want to help individuals address their needs, and move forward with motivation. My therapeutic practice utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. My approach is Person-Centered as I prefer to prioritize the unique experiences of every individual.
