As I walk alongside you on your journey, I hope to provide a safe and accepting space where you can share your experiences, begin to better understand yourself, learn new skills, and achieve your goals. I believe that a kind and supportive relationship in therapy can foster healing and provide the clarity needed for personal growth and wholeness. I adopt a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to support you through your journey and navigate life challenges while highlighting your strengths and positive qualities.
