I specialize in supporting individuals faced with anxiety, depression, stress, coping skills, emotion regulation, self-esteem and life transitions. My personal journey includes being a student, mother and a wife, so i’m always happy to work with couples, new or expecting mothers and individuals facing challenges managing a busy life of course work, career stress, social commitments and home life.
