You might look like you’re functioning, showing up to work, relationships, and daily life, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, or stuck. For some, this shows up during pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting, when demands increase and there’s little room left for yourself. For others, it emerges in relationships, career stress, major life transitions, or a sense of feeling lost or disconnected from purpose.
Hi, I’m Jess, a mom of three and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), practicing under the supervision of Aline Maia, RP. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and burnout, whether that’s in a relationship, in parenting, or in your career.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and attachment-informed work. I help you slow down and make sense of your inner experience. Together, we clarify what matters most to you, gently untangle patterns that keep you stuck, and build nervous system awareness so that life feels more manageable and meaningful.
I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum anxiety and depression, and parenting stress. I also support individuals navigating relationship strain, loneliness, and life transitions. My style is warm, steady, and compassionate. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform or figure it all out alone, where we make room for both the hard and the hopeful.
