Hi, I’m Jessica! I support adults who feel worn down by anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, burnout, or low mood. Sometimes that looks like a mind that never really turns off. Other times it looks like feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or not quite like yourself anymore. I also work with people navigating life transitions, including aging, changing roles, and seasons of life that feel heavier than expected. My goal is to offer a space where you can slow things down, make sense of what is happening, and feel less alone in it. Together, we can work toward steadier coping, more self-understanding, and a way of moving through life that feels more manageable.
