I’m Jessica, and I’ve been a MSW working in community mental health for almost a decade now; the backbone of my practice is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to which I also add teachings and learnings from other modalities. My primary focuses are working with trauma survivors, addictions, eating disorders, mood disorders, and emotion dysregulation. I exclusively offer online appointments at this time.
