With over 10 years in corporate HR, I’ve guided individuals through career transitions, entrepreneurship, educational pathways, and the search for purpose and fulfillment. I bring that experience into my therapy practice, supporting men and women who are purpose‑driven and high‑achieving, including first responders, therapists, caregivers, parents, entrepreneurs, those living with ADHD, and more.
